Tier Based Team Balance

Competitive teams from top to bottom

Each team will be assembled with players rated in three different tiered skillsets. Each team received a player from each tier. This ensures that every team in the tournament will have a fair shot at becoming champions.

Organic Team Creation

No draft, just tiers

Our team creation system will allow friends to have more control on who they get to compete with in the tournament. Being drafted on a team you don't want to play with will no longer be an occurrence.

Flex Scheduling

No pre-determined match dates

Convenience is important for the UT99 community going into 2023. That's why we are allowing flexible scheduling. Captains from each team will work together to find match times that work best for their players.

Server Locations

In order to provide fair gameplay to all participants, we have a broad range of cloud based servers to be utilized for matches. These locations include: Chicago, Dallas, Miami, New York City, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

Strategic Map Select

Before each match, team captains will vote to eliminate maps from the map pool one by one. Once only three maps remain, each captain will pick a map with the remaining map to be reserved in case of a tiebreaker.
