Deck Only Competition

This tournament goes back to its Deck roots with the original Deck 16 as the foundation. An experimental lift has been added to allow easier access to high ground and a minor revision to thighpads.

Pixel Perfect Hitboxes

More Challenging, More Skill

The conversation about hitboxes being too large has been a topic of discussion for decades. Now, we have introduced an experimental hitbox to level out the balance between hitscan and projectile.

Visual Enhancements

League Approved Enhancements

A list of optional visual enhancements are available to use during the competition. These enhancements provide no competitive benefit, but provide the player base with modernized visual effects.

Server Locations

In order to provide fair gameplay to all participants, we have a broad range of cloud based servers to be utilized for matches. These locations include: Chicago, Dallas, Miami, New York City, and Kansas City.

Tier Based Team Balance

Each team will be assembled with players rated in three different tiered skillsets. Each team receives a player from each tier. This ensures that every team in the tournament will have a fair shot at becoming champions.

Flex Scheduling V3

Convenience is important for the UT99 community. That's why we continue to allow flexible scheduling. Community threads will be created for each match to discover the best time for match play.
